Where this started
Kwasi Wiafe Kwapong did not come to marketing from marketing. He came to it from the front desk of a hotel.
He took a receptionist job after university, spent two years on it and was promoted to manager. Three and a half years in hospitality altogether, on the side of a business where the consequences of marketing actually land.
Two things happened in those years that this company now runs on.
The first was noticing that foreign guests were not arriving by luck. They came through something deliberate, a system working steadily in the background, whether or not anyone at the desk could have explained it.
The second was the phone calls. People rang the hotel offering qualified leads, and asked for a share of what those leads turned into. Not a fee for a campaign. Not a retainer for an idea. A cut of business that had actually arrived.
He went looking for who those people were. The answer was digital marketers, and that is the path he followed.
That arrangement is the entire model, met years before there was a word for it. The first marketers he ever encountered were paid when the business grew, and not before. We attach. You grow. is not a line written for a brochure. It is the first honest version of this work he ever saw, and it came from the other side of the desk.
What made him chase it was not only the arrangement. The people doing it worked from home, on their own time, with their families in the next room. The work was real, it was portable, and it was worth learning properly.

We publish no street address, and the reason is accuracy rather than evasion. This is a service area business with no office to walk into, so a street address would describe a place no client can visit. Accra is where the work is done from, and that is as precise as the truth gets.

That is not modesty. Those outcomes are decided by Google, by a platform's auction and by your own market, and an agency that promises one in advance is promising you a decision that was never theirs to make.
