Part of Paid Media Found at work

A LinkedIn ads agency in Ghana that targets buyers by job title.

Job title, seniority, employer — the audience here is defined by work, not by interest. It is also the platform where the minimum spend decides whether you can play at all, and we tell you on the first call whether yours is worth clearing.

When the buyer is a job title, not an interest

The useful question is not what your buyer enjoys. It is what they do all day and who they do it for.

This platform is told that directly, by the people themselves, because that is what they came to the platform to record.

That is the whole job of a LinkedIn ads agency in Ghana. Reach the job title that decides, not the person who happens to be scrolling.

What breaks
  • Some things are bought by a person and some are bought by a role.

  • What you offer is signed off by a finance director, specified by an operations manager, or bought only by businesses above a certain size.

  • Every other platform in this programme guesses at that from behaviour.

What this work is part of

LinkedIn Ads is one of five services inside Paid Media & Growth Campaigns, the foundation of Marketing Parasite, a digital marketing and SEO agency serving Ghana. That foundation exists to produce qualified audiences and measurable demand.

This service covers the platform where an audience can be addressed by profession.

How LinkedIn targeting works

Targeting runs on the professional graph, which means three things that are not available anywhere else in this programme.

Nothing in the other four services can do this. They reach people by what they watch, what they search, or what community they joined. This one reaches them by the thing on their business card.

  • Job title

The specific role, so an ad about procurement software reaches people whose job is procurement rather than people who once read about it.

  • Seniority

The level of the role, which is the difference between reaching somebody who will use a thing and somebody who can approve buying it. On a considered purchase those are two different campaigns with two different arguments.

  • Employer

The organisation itself, which lets a campaign address a defined list of businesses rather than a demographic that resembles them.

Who LinkedIn Ads is for in Ghana, and who it is not for

This is your service if what you offer is bought by an organisation rather than by a person. Business software, professional and financial services, industrial supply, corporate training, equipment supplied to banks, mines, schools, hospitals, NGOs or ministries, and recruitment. The common thread is that whoever signs is doing a job at the moment they decide, and that job is written on their profile.

It is the wrong service if your buyer is spending their own money. A restaurant, a salon, a clothing label, a phone accessories shop. The people you want are in the bigger room, and Meta Ads reach them for a fraction of what a professional impression costs here.

It is also the wrong service if you have no website yet. An ad here sends a senior person straight to whatever you already have, and a social profile is not an answer to a procurement question. Web design comes first, and we will say so rather than hand you this.

Not sure whether your buyer is worth LinkedIn's floor?

Bring the job titles you serve. The call says whether the minimum spend is worth clearing for them, or whether another platform reaches them for less.

The audience number we will not repeat

This platform publishes a large audience figure and we will not put it here, because it does not mean what a reader would reasonably assume.

The number counts registered members. It does not count people who opened the platform this month. Professional networks accumulate accounts that were created once, for a job search that ended years ago, and never closed. Those accounts stay in the total and cannot be advertised to in any meaningful sense.

That makes the figure unusable in the one way an advertiser would want to use it — comparison. Set it beside a figure from a platform that counts monthly activity and the comparison is not close to fair, because the two numbers were built to different definitions. Repeating it here would help our argument and would make your decision worse.

So we discount it. When we tell you what this platform can reach for your business, that estimate comes from the targeting itself, built against your actual criteria, and we will show you how it was arrived at.

What LinkedIn advertising looks like in Ghana

Two things are true here at the same time, and an agency offering you this platform usually says only the first of them.

The first is that the room is small. Of the social referral traffic arriving at Ghanaian websites, this platform accounts for 1.96%, against Facebook's 64.83%. That is StatCounter Global Stats, Ghana, August 2026, and you can go and check it. As a way of filling a website with visitors it is close to irrelevant in this country.

The second is that visitors were never what you were buying. What you are buying is the ability to put one argument in front of a finance director at a named company. Facebook will hand you a thousand visits for what a few dozen cost here, and not one of them has to be the person who signs the order.

Hold that against the wider picture. Three quarters of Ghana is online and under a quarter is on social media at all, 74.6% against 24.4%, which is DataReportal's Digital 2026 Ghana report. The professional audience is a minority inside that minority. Priced per impression this platform is expensive; priced per meeting with somebody who can approve a purchase, it can be the cheapest line in the budget. Which of those two prices applies to you is what the audit works out, and it is the same question the rest of Paid Media is judged on.

The floor, and what it decides

The minimum this platform enforces matters more here than elsewhere. It is set by the platform, not by us, and it is not negotiable by an agency.

It matters more here than a minimum normally would, because of where the money sits. Your advertising spend is yours, held in your own account, paid by you directly to the platform. We never hold it and never mark it up. So a floor on the spend is a floor on the campaign itself, and no arrangement of our fee moves it.

The consequence is plain. For some businesses the honest answer is that this platform is not available to them at a level where it would work, and we say so instead of taking the engagement. We decline work we cannot grow. This is the platform where that answer comes up most often, and it comes up on the first call rather than three months in.

How a LinkedIn campaign is built and judged

The account comes first, the targeting is written down before any spending starts, and the report has to say what failed.

The account, not the ads

Setup where nothing exists, an audit where something does.

The targeting gets built, and written down

On this platform the audience definition is the argument. Exactly who we are addressing, by title, by seniority and by employer, is agreed with you before any spending starts rather than adjusted quietly afterwards.

Tracking and attribution, before the first click

Then the campaigns run against the number your written scope names.

A written report, every month

It earns its keep here more than on any sibling, because a purchase signed off by a committee takes long enough that early figures can flatter or frighten without meaning very much.

What is in scope

The foundation's scope, in its own words.

In scope

  • Account setup or audit
  • Campaign and audience structure
  • Keyword and placement strategy
  • Conversion tracking and attribution setup
  • Ad copywriting
  • Basic static creative
  • Ongoing optimisation
  • The reporting standard

What is out of scope

The first line below is a refusal rather than a boundary.

The advertising spend itself

You pay the platform directly, from your own account.

A refusal, not a boundary On this platform it is also the reason the section about the floor is honest. Your budget never passes through us, so we have nothing to gain by telling you the floor is easier to clear than it is.

Video production and premium creative

An Accelerator or a fixed-scope project, bought on its own rather than folded in here.

Where an ad lands

Whatever an ad points at is a build, and builds are the first foundation's work.

Influencer fees and third-party tool licences

Paid by you, in your own accounts, and never marked up on the way through.

What stays in your own account

The advertising account is opened in your name and stays there, and on this platform that is worth more than it sounds. The audience definitions, the company lists you gave us and the conversion tracking all live inside that account. If you ever stop working with us, the targeting you paid to develop stays behind with you rather than leaving in somebody else's agency login.

The same rule covers everything else paid to a third party. The spend, your domains and hosting, your tool subscriptions and licences. Our fee buys strategy, execution and accountability. We configure and manage what you own.

  • Your advertising spend
  • Your advertising account, and the audiences built inside it
  • Your domains and hosting
  • Your tool subscriptions
  • Your licences
Held to these

What we put in writing

We are new, and no logos, no cost-per-lead figures and no numbers from past work appear here, because no engagement has been documented with consent yet.

There is one commitment here that the sibling platforms do not need. The audience definition is written down and agreed with you before a cedi is spent. Which titles, which levels of seniority, which employers, and which we have deliberately left out and why. You can object to it while objecting is still free.

A printed report on a desk, a pen resting across a page of figures.

Who does the work

Two parties do this work, and the line between them is published here rather than discovered in a handover. On this platform the audience definition is diagnosis rather than production, so the founder writes it himself. The campaign build, the ad trafficking and the daily optimisation are run by the delivery network under his review.

The proof behind this work is founder proof, not an agency track record — three years of hands-on digital practice, a Google Analytics certification through Google Skillshop, which is how a LinkedIn lead is traced back to the campaign that produced it, and sector experience across airport concierge, immigration services, vehicle licensing, e-commerce retail and food distribution, stated by sector and never by name.

Founder

Kwasi Wiafe Kwapong

He writes the audience definition himself. Which titles, which seniority, which employers, and which are deliberately left out. Nothing spends until he has signed it off.

A vetted delivery network builds the campaigns, traffics the ads and runs the daily optimisation under his quality control.

Diagnosis, strategy and the final quality pass stay with him.

Questions we get asked about LinkedIn Ads

The ones that come up before anyone signs anything.

Is anybody in Ghana really using this platform?

Yes, and mostly for work. Hiring, professional reading and business contact. What it is not is a traffic channel. It sends 1.96% of the social referral traffic arriving at Ghanaian websites, against Facebook's 64.83%, which is StatCounter Global Stats, Ghana, August 2026. You are buying access to a role, not volume.

Why is a click here so much dearer than on Facebook?

Because you are not bidding against everyone. You are bidding against every other advertiser who wants that job title, at that level, inside that employer. What decides whether it was worth it is not the cost of a click but the cost of a qualified conversation, and that is what the monthly report follows.

Can you give me the contact details of the people who see the ads?

No. The platform hands over no list, and we buy none. What reaches you is enquiries from people who chose to answer, with the form they filled in and the campaign that produced it.

What do you need from me before anything can start?

Admin access to the advertising account, or your permission to open one in your name; the login for your website so the tracking can go in; and a plain description of who signs off on what you offer. A list of the companies you already want to reach shortens the first week considerably.

How soon will we know whether it is working?

We will not put a number or a date on results. What the first report can honestly contain is whether the audience we agreed is being reached, at what cost, and whether the people answering hold the titles we aimed at. Whether that becomes signed business is a longer question, and the report says so rather than guessing.

Does the advertising money pass through you?

No. It stays in your own account and goes to the platform directly. That is also why our reading of the spend floor is worth something to you, because we gain nothing by telling you it is easier to clear than it is.

What a LinkedIn ads agency in Ghana costs

Nothing is priced before the audit.

On this platform the audit answers a question before it answers cost, whether the minimum this platform requires is worth committing for what your business would get back.

What moves our side of the number is the shape of the work rather than the size of your budget. How many distinct job titles have to be addressed separately. Whether the person who uses the thing and the person who approves it need two arguments or one. Whether an advertising account and working tracking already exist. Whether the ads have somewhere to point at that can take an enquiry. One audience with tracking already in place is a smaller job than four audiences and a website nobody can measure.

If the platform is worth it, the audit produces a written itemised scope and the fee that matches it, together. If it is not, we say so and decline. Our pricing explains what drives cost and quotes nothing.
