Marketing agency pricing in Ghana, set by an audit, not a menu.

You came here for a number. We work from a minimum budget of GH₵4,000 a month, and the fee itself is set by the opening audit, in writing, alongside the scope it pays for.

Why there is no number here

Marketing agency pricing in Ghana is usually published as a menu of packages, which asks you to guess which box your business fits before anybody has looked at it. A price named that way is a guess too, and the buyer is the one who pays when a guess turns out wrong.

The opening audit examines where your business stands and produces two things together. A written itemised scope, and the fee that matches it. The number you eventually get is real, priced against work your situation actually calls for, rather than a figure guessed months before meeting you.

This honesty has a cost, and we would rather state it than hide it. Some buyers shortlist by published price, and we lose them. If a range is genuinely what you need before you talk to anybody, come back when you want yours priced properly.

So when do you learn the price? After the opening audit, in writing, alongside the itemised scope it belongs to.

The smallest budget we work from

One number can be published before anyone has looked at your business, and this is it. We work from a minimum budget of GH₵4,000 a month, the same figure the booking form asks you about.

It qualifies rather than quotes. Below that floor the work has too little room to move your numbers, and we would rather tell you here than at the end of a call.

What drives the cost

Two businesses in Ghana buying the same help can pay differently, and the difference comes from three things.

The state of what exists already. A site that needs rebuilding costs more than one that needs tuning, and tracking that was never installed costs more than tracking that needs correcting.

The scope the audit finds necessary. Some businesses need one thing done well. Others need several things connected, and the audit decides which you are, because we recommend the combination that moves your number. That combination is chosen from the full service list and from nothing else.

The pace your business needs. Ground can be covered steadily or covered quickly, and moving faster costs more.

None of this fits a calculator, which is why we do not publish one.

Want your own number instead of an argument about numbers?

The audit is where the fee comes from, and the call is where the audit starts. Nothing is priced on the call itself.

What you get in writing

Within 5 business days of starting, you receive a written itemised scope stating exactly what we are doing, in what order, and what we expect it to change.

The scope is the measure. Every monthly report is written against it, not against a package, so the standard we are judged by is fixed in writing at the start, where you can hold it.

When the scope reads don't hire us

The budget floor above is only half of the test. Clearing it does not make the work worth doing, and the audit is where that second half is decided.

If the opening audit shows your need will not fit inside the smallest engagement we take, or that the work cannot move your numbers enough to justify the fee, we say so and decline. Anyone can promise to put the scope in writing. Only someone who means it will also tell you that the scope sometimes reads *don't hire us*.

How fast we respond

Every message gets a reply within one working day. That clock is identical for someone already working with us and for a stranger with a question, because a reply costs nothing and equal treatment on it is the point.

The deeper commitment is the outline. When you ask for something, you get the research and a written outline of what the request will take, or a specific date for that outline. How fast depends on the ground your engagement covers. One foundation, up to two, or up to three. Your own clock is stated in your proposal, which is where it binds.

One cut-off is worth knowing. Requests received before 12:00 GMT are answered on the fastest clock your engagement carries; requests after it are answered first thing the next business day.

How long you are committing for

An engagement carries an initial term of three months from the start date, then runs month to month.

The full exit terms, including notice and what you keep, are published on how we work.

Why that is discipline and not lock-in

Search and digital growth compound rather than switch on, and in our experience meaningful movement needs at least three months of consistent work. The term exists so the work has long enough to be worth judging.

That sets expectations and promises nothing. Results depend on your market, competition, product, website and approval speed, and no agency holds all of those.

The shapes an engagement takes

Work is engaged in one of four shapes, and the rule for choosing between them is fixed. We recommend the model that gives the work the best chance of succeeding, we never force a retainer onto a one-time deliverable, and we never offer a short project when the promised result needs sustained implementation.

  • A fixed-scope project

For work with a defined finish.

  • A monthly retainer

For work that needs continuous attention.

  • A project plus retainer

Where a foundation is built first and then operated.

  • An optional performance-linked component

Only where attribution, baseline, responsibilities and data access are reliable enough to carry one.

Questions we get asked about the fee

The questions below are the ones that come up when a site carries no price list, and they are answered here rather than saved for the call.

What is the minimum you work with?

A budget of GH₵4,000 a month, which is the figure the booking form asks you about. It is a qualification rather than a quote. Below it the work has too little room to move your numbers, and we would rather say so before you spend time on a call.

Why will you not publish a starting price?

Because a starting price is a guess about a business nobody has examined, and the buyer is the one who pays when the guess turns out wrong. The audit prices the work actually in front of it, and you get that figure in writing with the scope it belongs to.

Is the fee monthly or a one-off?

Either, and sometimes both. Work is engaged as a fixed-scope project, as a monthly retainer, or as a project that is built first and then operated. The audit recommends the shape that gives the work the best chance, and we never put a retainer on a one-time deliverable.

Does my advertising spend go through you?

No. Spend, hosting, domains, tool subscriptions, message credits and influencer fees stay in accounts you hold, paid at their price rather than ours. We configure and manage what you own, and we never mark it up.

How much should a website cost in Ghana?

That question has an honest answer in ranges, and it is on this site as an article called "What a website should cost in Ghana" rather than as a figure here. Yours is priced after the audit, against what the site actually has to do.

What if the audit says you cannot help?

Then we say so and decline, which is a real outcome rather than a line in a brochure. If the work will not move your numbers enough to justify the fee, handing you a retainer to fill the month would cost you more than the no does.

How soon do I get the figure?

The scope and the fee arrive together, in writing, after the opening audit. Nothing is priced or signed on the call itself, and every message gets a reply within one working day.

What stays yours

Anything paid to a third party is yours, held in your own account. Our fee buys strategy, execution and accountability. We configure and manage what you own; we never buy it on your behalf and never mark it up.

That rule is stated here the same way it is stated in every proposal, because it covers the place where these relationships most often break.

  • Advertising spend
  • Domains
  • Hosting
  • Tool subscriptions
  • Message credits
  • Influencer fees
  • Licences
