How a digital marketing engagement in Ghana runs, from audit to exit.

You see all of it before you sign anything. What happens first, who does the work, what arrives every month, how long you are committing for, and exactly how it ends.

It starts with an audit, not a quote

Every engagement with this digital marketing agency opens with an audit of where your business stands, recorded as a documented baseline, so every later report has a before to measure against. Nothing is priced until the audit is done, and what happens after it is set out on our pricing.

Within 5 business days of starting, you receive a written itemised scope. Exactly what we are doing, in what order, and what we expect it to change. That scope is the standard every monthly report is judged against. The process is the same whichever of the three foundations an engagement covers, and wherever in Ghana the business operates.

Because the scope window is a timed commitment, starting is governed by capacity. When the book is full, or the week already carries a start, you get a start date rather than a yes. We would rather schedule you honestly than onboard you badly.

What you need to have ready before the audit

Four things, and not one of them is a budget conversation.

Administrator access to what already exists. The website, the analytics, the ad accounts, the logins somebody set up two years ago that nobody has opened since. Not new accounts in our name, the ones you already hold. Working out who has them is the item that most often holds a start up.

The domain login. Whoever registered the domain, or whoever hosts the site, can grant it. It is a five-minute job when you know the answer and a fortnight when you do not.

What you offer, ranked by what it earns you. Not the full catalogue. Which two or three things bring the money in, which of them you would rather move more of, and which one you are quietly carrying. That conversation happens with you, not around you.

One person who can approve things. Approval speed is the single input on your side that changes how fast anything moves, and it is the one no agency anywhere can supply for you.

None of this is needed before you book a growth call. All of it is needed before the audit can start, which is why it is written here rather than sprung on you later.

Who does the work, and how it is controlled

One person leads, a documented network executes, and the accountability does not move between them.

We never claim every specialist is a full-time employee. The structure is a specialist network assembled around the work, and we describe it as exactly that.

The business is new, so what stands behind that structure is founder proof rather than an agency track record, and it is set out in full on about us. There are no client names, no logos and no past results, because none has been documented with consent yet.

Founder

Kwasi Wiafe Kwapong

SEO expertise, business diagnosis, strategic direction and quality control stay with him on every engagement.

Vetted subcontractors execute design, content production, video and ad operations, engaged for the skills each project scope calls for. Before any subcontracted work begins, the roles, deliverables, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, access and quality standards are documented.

Accountability never moves. Marketing Parasite answers for the complete experience, regardless of who performs an individual task.

What every month looks like

Every month you receive a written report that answers six questions in a fixed order, and one of them is what did not work. It arrives within five business days of month end, in writing, before the review call, so the call is spent on decisions rather than on reading the report aloud.

Each report is judged against the written scope and against the baseline documented on day one, not against a package and not against a starting point chosen later.

The full standard is published on its own, as the reporting standard, in the same detail every engagement is held to.

Who this way of working suits, and who it does not

This is a slow, written-down way of working, and it is the wrong purchase for some businesses.

It suits you if you want to read the scope before you see the invoice. It suits you if you can live with three months passing before anything is fairly judged. It suits you if a previous agency ended badly and you have never been able to say precisely where it went wrong, because most of what is here is that question answered in advance.

It does not suit you if what you need is a campaign live this week and nothing around it. It does not suit you if you want one flattering number at month end and no argument about it, because every report here leads with what did not work and that is uncomfortable on purpose. And it does not suit you if you would rather the accounts sat with the agency so you never have to look at them. They go in your name either way.

Saying this here costs us enquiries. It costs less than the wrong engagement costs both sides in month two.

The term, and why it is three months

The initial term is three months from the start date. After that, the engagement runs month to month. Notice is 30 days, either side, and notice given during the initial term takes effect no earlier than the end of the third month.

The reason is discipline. Search and digital growth compound rather than switch on, and in our experience meaningful movement needs at least three months of consistent work. That is expectation-setting, not a promise. Results depend on your market, competition, product, website and approval speed, none of which any agency holds.

Why the term binds us too

We cannot walk away before month three any more than you can.

A term that locked the client and freed the agency would be the first clause a reviewing lawyer marks, and it would contradict everything else here.

What you keep when you leave

Nothing here is a concession granted at the end. Anything set up during the engagement, from analytics to ad accounts, was configured on your behalf and already belongs to you.

  • Every report produced during the engagement
  • All keyword research and audit documents
  • All content drafted during it
  • Any tracking or analytics configuration
  • Administrator access to every account

How the handover is done

Three steps, and they are published because they are the part of an engagement you should be able to read before you start rather than discover on the way out.

Administrator rights are transferred

To every account touched during the engagement, including anything set up on your behalf.

The transfer is recorded in writing

So what happened is a document rather than a recollection, and either side can produce it later.

Nothing is deleted

The handover moves what is already yours into your hands and leaves the record that it happened. Then it is finished.

This one is an ending.

The situation this prevents, a departing client locked out of their own advertising account, is common enough that buyers ask about it before they ask about the work.

If it ends mid-period

Fee paid for work not yet performed comes back.

What is refundable is the fee paid for the current period, less work already delivered against the written scope, less third-party costs already committed on your behalf.

You do not have to take our word for the figure. It arrives as an itemised written statement within 30 days of the engagement ending, showing how it was reached, and it is paid within 14 days of the statement being issued. If you dispute it, both sides attempt to resolve it in good faith within 14 days before any other step.

What arrives, and in what form

Every client-facing document arrives as a PDF, by email, content drafts included.

PDF suits a report or an audit well and an editable draft less well, and delivering drafts that way is a knowing trade rather than an oversight. One format for everything you keep, chosen deliberately and recorded as a decision.

Questions we get asked before anyone signs

The ones that come up while somebody is still deciding whether to start, rather than afterwards.

What do I actually pay for, and when?

The audit produces the itemised scope and the fee together, so nothing is priced before it. The payment schedule is agreed in that written scope rather than announced here, and no fee of ours appears on this site before there is real work in front of it to price.

What happens if I want to leave before the three months are up?

You can give notice at any time; notice is 30 days either side, and notice given during the initial term takes effect no earlier than the end of the third month. The identical clause binds us. Fee paid for work not yet performed comes back, and the calculation arrives as an itemised written statement.

Who owns the ad accounts and the logins?

You do, from the start. Anything set up during the engagement is configured in your name, administrator rights are transferred in writing at handover, and nothing is deleted. There is no point at which we are holding something of yours that you have to ask for back.

Can we start next week?

Sometimes, and sometimes not. The scope window is a timed commitment, so starting is governed by capacity. When the book is full you get a start date rather than a yes.

Do you work with businesses outside Accra?

Yes. The audit, the scope, the monthly report and the handover are documents, calls and email. Where in Ghana the business sits changes what we would recommend; it does not change how the engagement runs.

Can you guarantee results by month three?

No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is promising a decision that is not theirs to make. Three months is how long consistent work usually needs before movement means anything, which is expectation-setting rather than a commitment. What decides it is your market, your competition, your product, your website and how fast decisions get approved on your side.

We were burned by an agency before. What is different here?

Every part of this answers a specific way that goes wrong. A scope nobody wrote down, a report that only carries good news, a term that binds one side, and an exit where the accounts never come back. Whether that is enough is your judgement to make, not our claim to make for you.
