Digital marketing services in Ghana with three foundations and five accelerators
Everything we offer sits here. Read it and you will know which of the three foundations your business is missing, or which single service to buy instead.
Book a growth callThree foundations, not twenty choices
The digital marketing services in Ghana that Marketing Parasite offers fit into three foundations and five growth accelerators. That is the whole offer, and the rest of this is how you choose from it.
Behind those eight sit twelve more services, and the two facts look like a contradiction until you see the different jobs they do. Those are how a business finds us. Someone who needs one specific thing searches for that thing, and the answer has to exist somewhere. That is a search decision, not a menu. The diagnosis is how a business chooses. We look at where growth is being lost first, and what comes back is the combination of services that moves it.
A buyer choosing from a list of twenty services is doing our job for them, badly. So nobody here will hand you that list. What you get instead is a diagnosis, and the menu is the one thing we will not hand you.
What each foundation is for
Every foundation is named for its outcome, so choosing between them is naming which outcome is missing.
-
Attention becomes enquiries
Websites & Conversion
The site itself, and the route between someone arriving on it and someone buying. When visitors come and nothing countable follows, this is the missing foundation.
-
Found, trusted, chosen
Digital Authority
The work that decides whether a buyer searching for what you offer finds you, believes you and picks you. When the product is good and nobody knows it, this is the missing foundation.
-
Demand, bought on a date
Paid Media & Growth Campaigns
You pay for demand on purpose, and it is measured against a number you agreed to move. When you need customers sooner than the other two foundations can bring them, this is the one that buys you the time.
Each is written up on its own, and that is where its full case gets made.
How to tell which foundation is missing
You do not have to know the names. Look at what your own business can already show you, and the answer is usually one of three.
People arrive and nothing countable follows. Visitors come from a post, a share or a search, and enquiries do not move with them. That is Websites & Conversion, the foundation that holds web design, branding, and conversion rate optimisation.
Nobody who needs what you offer can find you. Search for what you offer the way a customer would, and look at who comes up. If your business never appears, if your reviews are thin, or if an AI assistant answers questions about your trade without ever naming you, the fix is Digital Authority — search engine optimisation, AI search optimisation, digital PR and reputation management.
Demand is needed sooner than the other two can produce it. A season, a launch, a quarter that has to be rescued. That is Paid Media & Growth Campaigns, where Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit advertising sit.
If two of the three look true at once, that is normal, and putting them in order is not your job. It is the whole point of the audit.
The three numbers that decide which of these you need
Three published figures explain why the recommendation usually lands where it does, and you can check all three yourself.
Three quarters of this country is online. Under a quarter is on social media. DataReportal's Digital 2026 Ghana report counts 26.3 million internet users, 74.6% of the population, against 8.59 million social media user identities, 24.4%. A business whose entire marketing is one Facebook profile is working the smaller room, and that is the argument for a foundation before an accelerator.
Facebook still carries 64.83% of the social referral traffic arriving at Ghanaian sites. That is StatCounter Global Stats for Ghana, August 2026, with YouTube on 14.45% and Instagram on 9.26%. Social is not worthless here. It is one door among several, and it sends people somewhere. Where it sends them is the first foundation's problem, not the platform's.
Online retail is 0–5% of all retail, while GH¢4.54 trillion moved by mobile money in 2025. Those are Statista and ecDB for 2025, and the Bank of Ghana's 2025 Payment Systems Oversight Annual Report. Ghanaians can pay you in seconds and mostly do not buy online, which is why a Ghanaian website usually earns its money as the credible answer when an interested person looks you up, rather than as a shop.
When one service is the answer instead
A growth accelerator is a single service, bought alone. A foundation is a bundle offered as one thing because its parts compound. An accelerator is the opposite case. It belongs to no foundation, it is prescribed only when the diagnosis calls for it, and it can be needed alongside any foundation or alongside none. This is the only place both kinds appear together, which is why it owes you the distinction.
Five exist. There is email marketing to an audience you already own, and there is reaching customers directly by SMS. There is building an audience on social platforms, there is video marketing produced with AI tools, and there is working with creators and influencers. Each is written up on its own, and each earns its place in a recommendation the same way everything else here does. The diagnosis calls for it, or it stays out of the scope.
Notice what those five links describe — needs, not product names. That is deliberate. An accelerator is never picked off a list. It is prescribed, which is why we tell you what each one is for and stops there.
How the choice actually gets made
By looking, not by asking you to guess.
An audit of where the business stands
And a documented baseline, so there is a before to measure against.
A written itemised scope, within 5 business days
What we are doing, in what order, and what we expect it to change.
The combination that moves your number
Unlike generalist agencies that offer activity in silos, we treat a shorter scope as the better recommendation. Every service on it has to justify being there.
Kwasi Wiafe Kwapong, who founded this agency, does the audit himself on every engagement. The diagnosis decides everything after it, so it is not handed to anybody else. The agency is new, which is why there are no client logos and no case studies. Nothing has been documented with consent yet, and a recommendation you can check beats a testimonial you cannot.
And sometimes the honest answer is no. When the book is full we say so and schedule. When the audit shows the work will not justify the fee, you hear it on the call rather than months in.
Not sure which of the eight you need?
Thirty minutes with the founder settles it. Nothing is priced, nothing is signed, and if the smallest thing that would work is not here, you will be told so.

What we will not do
Two of these, and both are the kind of thing an agency usually leaves for you to find out.
-
Offline marketing
We work online, and we do not run or broker offline marketing. Not print, not billboard or outdoor, not radio or television, not event and activation marketing, not physical direct mail. Ask for one and you get a clear no.
-
Marking up anything bought on your behalf
Anything paid to a third party stays yours, in your own account. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, tool subscriptions, message credits, influencer fees, licences. We configure and manage what you own. We never buy it on your behalf and never mark it up.
What digital marketing services in Ghana cost
Nothing is priced before the audit.
That holds here and anywhere else on this site, because no honest figure exists before someone has looked. The audit produces the itemised scope and the fee together.
Three things move the number, and the size of your company is not one of them. How many services the scope genuinely needs, which is the thing the diagnosis exists to keep small. The state of what already exists, because repairing a site that works is a different job from replacing one that does not. And how much has to be built from nothing rather than improved. A business with no analytics, no search visibility and no list is buying three beginnings, not three improvements.
What never moves it is what you spend with the platforms. Advertising budget, subscriptions and message credits are paid by you, in your own accounts, at their price rather than ours. The full version of what drives the cost of an engagement is set out before you ever speak to us.
What moves the number
- How many services the scope genuinely needs
- The state of what already exists
- How much has to be built rather than improved
Questions we get asked before anyone picks a service
The ones that come up while somebody is still deciding what to buy.
I know I need help, but do not know which service. Where do I start?
With the call, and then the audit. You describe where growth is stuck, we look at the site, at what a customer searching for you actually finds, and at whatever numbers already exist. Choosing between the services is our job, not yours.
Can I buy one service, or do I have to take a whole foundation?
You can buy one. The five accelerators are offered on their own by design, and a foundation is recommended whole only when its parts genuinely depend on each other. A shorter scope is the better recommendation whenever it is the honest one.
What if I do not have a website yet?
Then the first foundation is almost always the answer, because search visibility and paid campaigns both send people somewhere. Sending them nowhere is the most expensive mistake available here.
Across all twenty services, who pays for the ad accounts, tools and subscriptions?
You do, directly, in accounts opened in your own name. Our fee buys strategy, execution and accountability. We configure and manage what you own, we never buy it on your behalf, and we never mark it up.
How long before any of this shows in the numbers?
That depends on which foundation, and no honest answer exists before the audit. Paid campaigns produce data in weeks; search visibility and reputation move over months. Neither is a promise of a result by a date. The written scope says what we expect to change, and every report is judged against it.
Do you do radio, billboards, print or events?
No, none of it, and we do not broker it either. Everything here is digital. Ask for offline work and you get a clear no rather than a scope that quietly includes it.
What does an engagement cost?
Nothing is priced before the audit, and no fee of ours appears anywhere on this site. What moves the number is how many services the scope genuinely needs, the state of what already exists, and how much has to be built from nothing rather than repaired.
